General Characteristics

Linear capping unit for trigger closures, outfitted with a conveyor. This solution is applicable for the closure of the different types of triggers existing on the market. For higher outputs the line can be supplied with automatic caps loader. The working speed is from 1500 up to 4000 pcs / hour. The bottle/trigger recognition is through a photocell and the screwing of triggers is done by pneumatic motors. The machine is armed with horizontal guides for the cap. The solution presented on the side assume the manual positioning of the cap. Adjustable height of capping head, timed working process and grip adjustment.
