Across 制服诱惑, our schools have been represented at a number of Remembrance Day services this weekend.
In Chatteris, pupils and staff from Kingsfield Primary School and Cromwell Community College were proud to attend their local service on Sunday 10th November and both schools laid wreaths.
Pupils took part in the parade through the town centre alongside many other organisations. Year 6 pupil Jessica laid Kingsfield's tribute at the town's memorial to commemorate the lives of those lost in conflict.
Lisa Corby, Executive Headteacher at Kingsfield Primary School, said:
“Our pupils really valued the opportunity to take part in this ceremony and honour the past and I am so proud to see them showing such respect and dignity as we all remember those who served.
“Kingsfield has a particularly strong connection with Remembrance Day since many of those remembered on the town’s memorial are relations of current and former Kingsfield pupils.
“We are absolutely committed to maintaining the tradition of honouring Remembrance Sunday every year.”
